What We Provide
Questionnaire Platform
MDout utilizes cost-effective methods to secure patient information and integrate the same patient information with health care organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. The goal of MDout is to improve patients’ experience with a provider. MDout’s Questionnaire Platform converts clinics’ paper questionnaires into digital format, allowing clinicians and hospital professionals to access the data in real-time through a digital portal.
Education Portal
Mdout’s Education Portal provides patients with health information when they wait at the doctor’s office. Many studies show that most patients who come to a doctor’s office are on their phones or reading a magazine while waiting to be seen by a doctor. MDout’s objective is to replace these magazines and smartphones at the doctor’s office with tablets that have relevant health and wellness information.
